Keep in mind that none of these connections between weight loss and dating are obscure or far-fetched. They are distinct realities, and you will see the change within weeks, if you remain committed to your weight loss efforts. Just make sure that you don’t choose the short-cut to weight loss, by going on extreme diets. That will only weaken your body and ruin your health. You will not feel happier or more rejuvenated, and the weight will also come back rapidly.

Give yourself a few weeks more and make steady, permanent and healthy changes to your lifestyle. Get in regular exercise and a wholesome, balanced diet. That way your weight loss will be both healthy and permanent, and you will do great on your dating attempt!
